- Opening Hours: 8.00am - 9.00pm.
- 'No-noise' policy after 9.00pm.
- Check-in time 2.00pm. Check-out time 12.00pm.
- Extended late check-out time is not granted.
- Vehicle parking space: 1 for each unit.
- Deposit payment is required upon confirmation.
- Cancellation Rules: No Cancellation & No Ammendment after payment is completed. 100% charged.
- JResidence only specialises in providing accommodation. No meals provided. There are 2 restaurants nearby 'Restoran Panataran' & 'Restoran Bayu'.
- Additional single mattress available on request at RM40 each.
- Penalty of RM100 per extra person exceeding 'Quota Limit' with an intention of discourage overloading and avoid disturbance to other guests.
